Minute Key
I have used Minute key twice. I was skeptical about a machine in Walmart or Home Hardware being able to duplicate my keys. Decided to try it as it was so convenient . Was very pleasantly surprised. I am very happy with the keys and the price. Never had an issue or problem and all keys work perfectly.

The keys simply do not work unfortunately, I purchased a total of 3 and all three do not fit, 1 actually got jammed inside the lock. It took alot of patience to get it out in order to prevent it from breaking in the keyhole.The style and design is nice, however quality not so great for me.

I am not going to lie. When I first saw the end results of the keys made, I was seriously doubtful that the keys were going to work. The key engravings looked so shallow. I was ready to send a complaint. However they keys work fine and could not be happier.

Very fast and reliable. Super easy to operate. You just input your key for scanning, and it gives you options to select the key style that you want (they have plain gold, Canada flag, and other types as well), and then the machine does everything by itself. You can watch it working through a glass in the front of the machine. The coat was $4.99 per key, but there was a discount for buying two and getting the third for free

they were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. first they were ok then they couldn't provide service the same day after I waited an hour for them to call and tell me something completely different.. then they called me back 3 times and when I asked who it was they told me it didn't matter and I told them not to call me back. very poor communication between the office and technician and very poor customer service over all I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Went to the minute key in Canadian Tire at Rylander and it was out of service. Went to the one at a local Walmart and it was in use.The amount of metal in the keys they are providing has gone down greatly but the prices have not

I was surprised at how easy it was to use and that all 3 keys fit perfectly in the lock. Will definitely use the key machine again if I'm ever in need of another key.

I had a very bad experience using the Minute Key Kiosk. I selected 2 +1 free keys to be cut and all three keys were garbage. None of them worked. My sister was locked outside for hours because the keys I cut with Minute Key did Not work! Ridiculous! And I am still waiting for my refund!
