I have had my lips and Botox done by Erin, and have been SO happy with the results! Erin is friendly, professional, great at listening to exactly what you specifically are looking for and definitely a perfectionist (in the best way!). The clinic has a very fresh, clean, high end vibe. Looking forward to my next appointment tomorrow!

I have been here for various treatments quite a few times now, and I have had nothing less then incredible experiences. All the staff I have met have been very kind and informative about what to expect before, during and after the treatments, as well as making sure I was comfortable through out the processes. In my opinion, Dr. D'Costa and his staff are great at what they do, and I could not reccomend them enough. I am very happy with my outcomes, and I definitely will be returning in the future.

Botox for migraine management. The appointment was pleasant, informative, and a nice investment in myself care only made that much better do to the doctor and office staff.

I came back to the clinic because they had an amazing special that I saw on IG.I usually travel to Aurora for my services from Barrie which isn’t super convenient.I was really impressed with the warm staff (which is HUGE for me) and the beautiful, bright and clean office.Dr. DaCosta was also genuine and listens to what you want, and makes recommendations, mapping everything out with his plans. I was very happy with my results too!

Professional Spa, Krystle is excellent and attentive!! Does a superb job at everything she is trained for.

This is hands down the best botox clinic I've been too. The longevity of the product is the best I've ever had + the advised unit count is accurate (as a 29-year-old female). I've had botox from a few other cosmetic facilities in Toronto and I now make the commute to this facility for my injections. The staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. D'Costa is fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

My short experience has been upsetting and disappointing to say the least.I have a medical condition I have endured living with for all my adult life. Up until a few years ago, I never knew there was a name associated to it and an actual treatment to relieve the symptoms. It was such a relief when not only was there a name to that condition but also a treatment available to relieve the symptoms. The only downfall was the price tag associated to the treatment. Fortunately, after a consultation with my family doctor followed by a second consultation with a specialist doctor, I had a diagnosis and a prescription with a full coverage from my group insurance. Despite a late diagnosis that would have been essential for minimizing, its emotional, psychological and physical effects, I finally was getting my usual treatment every year at least once.After my family and I moved to a new city, I apprehensively made my way to your clinic to move my affairs over to your location, or at least hoped for that outcome. Turns out your process was dehumanizing and grossly insensitive. It felt hurtful and humiliating to ultimately be turned away being told I do not have a condition I lived with everyday of my life. Being told you are dishonest after being stripped and poked is the ultimate insult. Please reassess your process and approach in dealing with similar cases in the future. In my books, you do not deserve to be servicing this treatment at your location.I do not recommend this location that could use more sensitivity when treating customers with conditions that are extremely personal in nature.

False advertising, They put promotion on IG that Botox 20 units for $99, they used Botox picture even. I called and asked if they are using brand name Botox, they told me yes. Went there and after try to sell other things went for treatment with Dr Venesa when I ask if she is using brand name Botox she said the promotion was not for Botox for other brand, Botox is each unit is $11 the other brand $4. The funny part was when I asked they told me it would be brand name she shrugged her shoulders meaning I don't care!!!Plus her injection was not that great. My previous experience with other dr somewhere else was amazingly painless. Too far for me now. Don't recommend working with Dr Venesa.
