she is a very nice lady, offering to refund me and fix my dogs cut when i was not satisfied with the job. she is gentle, and my dog seemed very calm with her compared to when i bring her to other groomers. However, my dogs haircut was uneven and choppy. she did not trim the hair around her ears and face. i think for the quality and price, $45 is alot to charge. especially since she also works from her home. thank you for offering a refund, i appreciate it. but it is ok :)
