The staff was unknowable, unhelpful. I was the only customer in the store and when I asked for items was told I don't know but if we do it is over there. 3 staff but none would come to show me which area the items would be. I have never had such terrible customer service. Trail store staff is so much better in every way."

One of the best parts stores I have been to. I ordered a muffler for my grandpas car and it didnt come in there mistake. Hes 93 so a pain for him to go to the store. So they got him one from trail and delivered it his house. Talk about service keep it up thanks!
