I came into store to start a baby registry and I want to thank Crystal and the incredible service she provided me. She took her time to set up an account for me and she even helped me put together a stroller and car seat combo. She was very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. I went to this store multiple times. Since I had an unusual situation where I bought something but needed them to hold on to it for a while, Crystal was super helpful and arranged everything for me. She was also very patient answering questions and finding things from their storage. Excellent service!

This is a really great store. The manager Tom is really nice and helpful. Goes above and beyond. It’s well organized and clean. I had some trouble finding things and had to ask several staff. They were easy to find and we’re happy to help me find what I was looking for. Very positive experience a little five year old is going to love the Spider-Man bike for his birthday. Tom even helped me take it to the car. I love that this location has lots of parking surrounding the entrance of the store. The store is in the plaza, so you never have to go far for a parking spot.. It makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant.. much better than stores that are in malls where you might have to walk far to your car

I went there a month ago to look for a imagine next batcave for my son, which is on clearance and out of stock in other ToyR"Us stores. Staff told me it was also out of stock in their store but their are very helpful. They started to call other stores to check and eventunally found it in Vaughan Mills. I appreciated the service they provided."

Came to the store today and was welcomed by Moena. She was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me with my baby registry, recommended what I needed and showing me a lot of things i didn't realize I needed yet!!! She is truly amazing and is just so sweet. My wife and I were looking at Baby items. We are expecting and didn't really know where to start or much information about anything. Pretty lost. We were looking at stroller systems and playpens. We had a worker (Moena) approach us and helped us with all of our questions. She showed us all the ins and outs about the systems. Demo'd them for us and showed us the pros and cons for everything. She was extremley helpful and answered every question we had. She took all the time we needed and we left very happy. A+. If you ever go to this store ask for Moena in the baby section! She was amazing!

I went in to the 300 Steeles W store to buy baby shower gifts. My associate, Caroline was friendly, professional and very helpful. She explained how to look up registered clients and she helped me go through the list and pick great gifts. She made the whole experience easy and fun. I will return to the store as the baby grows and I will definitely look for Caroline. Thanks for the help!
