Friendly staff. Always explain prescription usage and make sure you're aware of any changes to dosage. Willing to answer any questions you may have without judgement.

I have been buying prescription drugs here for over 20 years. I receive very friendly customer service and advice about my prescription from the pharmacist. When I receive over the counter medication with my prescription drugs I get advice from pharmacists about conflicting drugs. When I can’t pick up the medication they provide free deliver which is very convenient.

Zahir and his staff are always welcoming and provide outstanding service to me and my family , I can count on Remedy for making sure our prescriptions are correct and safe!

(edited in October 2022)l write this review after eight (8) years of being a customer of this pharmacy.Nice and helpful people are working here, and this is what a patient expect to face when he/she feels ill and tired.Specially Ms.Zarmina and Ms.Taziem have helped me a lot with my medications during these years. I have seen them being friendly and helpful towards other patients as well.I completely agree with “Star Warrior” about this place.It was September 2022, and the new pharmacist said that my new family doctor which is far away shouldn’t have the advice of another pharmacist about my medications. Even when the second time my family doctor renewed the prescription which was 3 bottles of PegLyt 280g (laxative powder)for one month and I told her that l have also searched for the last 10(ten) years about all types of laxatives for my chronic constipation, still she refused and delivered just one bottle with the recommendation of 2 other types of laxative medications which I had used and had the worst side effects for my body.
