Wigmore Park
Pretty good Diamond that it has lights that you can turn on at night that are very useful. The diamond and dugout is kept in pretty good condition.

Nice little urban getaway to connect with nature. I loved the river and the options for a paved path, rock path, or off-the-beaten path.

This park is great. It has room for children with the play structures. It also has room for sporting events such as baseball. It is close to my house and I can walk my dog around the large park grounds. It would be nice to have a fenced dog area as there are a lot dog owner families that would use it.

Wigmore Park
What an amazing destination. It's literally the best discovery of the day for us. We were not even aware of how beautiful this park is which leads you to trail in the forest. Very healing and rejuvenating walk. Definitely will visit again

Whilst far, the park here is decently maintained. I go here for a few weeks during the summer as a few friends and I play in a summer league and this is one of the frequent parks. Be sure to bring a tarp as there isn’t too much shade unless you’re near the trees on one side of the diamond, however if you’re unlucky and can’t secure the dugout close to the trees, make sure to bring an umbrella or covering!

The entrance to this park from Lawrence is easy to miss, and the parking is free but small. The trail is beautiful, and it is busier (but not crowded) on the weekend. There is another entrance from Moccasin Trail Park and there are few parking spots there too. We lost our way but still reached a playground at the end (phew, it’s not easy to bribe kids to walk.) An unique aspect of this trail was the hung stones depicting fluctuations in the Don’s water levels over the years. This art installation is done by Toronto artist Robert Sprachman and is entitled High Water Mark. There is a BBQ area when entering from the Moccasin Trail park side.

Great park. Recently renovated with lots of things to do. Playground, sport fields such as baseball, soccer and hockey (during the winter) and multiuse trail. Also, great to integrate with nature. I spent at least thirty minutes every day there, it is a great to place to relax or excercise.
