This company removed 3 of my neighbours trees on Monday, September 24 (1 large tree from her backyard and 2 from our shared side). I come home after doing a few early morning errands to find they had completely taken over MY driveway and front lawn with the branches, WITHOUT my permission. I was forced to park half my vehicle on my other neighbours driveway, inconveniencing them, as our street is currently under water main construction and street parking in not permissible. I approached one of the gentleman workers and asked him to watch out for my car and house and that this better be fully cleaned up. He yelled at me in French (I speak English) and waved his hand at me to dismiss me! Excuse me sir, but you are on MY property!After the work was completed, my husband and I took a walk around to make sure nothing was damaged, and to our disappointment, our home was damaged in 3 locations. Our drain pipe at the back side of our house (right next to the “shared” trees) was completely crushed at the bottom and broken, the drain pipe at the front of our house was also crushed and ripped off, and the end beam holding up a portion of our roof, the metal was pulled away from the wooden beam underneath.I called the company to express my disappointment and was essentially brushed off, until I insisted that they are responsible and I would like them to send someone over and pay for the replacement costs.Tuesday morning a disgruntled gentleman came to my door and approached me with extreme attitude, especially because of my very poor French skills. I tried to show him pictures and the damage that was caused, and he refused to let me speak and started to yell over me. He called someone and put them on speaker so I could speak with him. I tried to remain calm and courteous, but with both gentlemen speaking over me and not taking any initiative to understand where I was coming from, made me very upset. I asked the man who was going to pay for this and he says “you and we pay zero!!!” I said no, this damage was not here before and I refuse to be held responsible for something I did not do. He then tells me to f*** off and to call the police, as there is nothing to do. I told him to f*** off back and remove himself from my property immediately and I would be taking further action.He continued to linger and I yelled at him to leave as he is no longer a welcome guest and now trespassing. He left after a few minutes.I am extremely disappointed with this level of customer service I have received, it has to be the worst on record.

Ils sont venu couper un arbre chez mon voisin mais le boss a coupé la fibre de Bell, plus d'internet pour 2 jours. Quand j'ai été le voir, la seule réponse intelligente qu'il m'a donné c'est j'm'en colisse du cable

Équipe et leader (Stéphane) super pro, ils font très attention de ne rien casser autour, je recommande fortement leurs services surtout en cas d'urgence comme ça a été mon cas aujourd'hui (un jour férié !!!) avec une énorme branche qui était sur le point de tomber chez le voisin et notre cabanon. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe, Mélissa sans qui le RDV n'aurait pas eu lieu et au courage de Joe, le gars sur la branche en question. Un service pareil ça ne s'oublie pas, merci.

I called them to cut down a catalpa and a maple tree. Both very large old trees that were rotting. Very happy with the service. They worked fast and cleaned everything up very well. I highly recommend

Non recommandé, ils sont venus le 17 avril 2020 couper plusieurs arbres du voisin dont un au dessus de mon cabanon et n’ont rien nettoyé, ma cours était ouverte mais à resté pleine de branches, bûche et débris. Leurs équipements est mal entretenu et mon toit de cabanon est entièrement recouvert d’huile qui a coulé de leur nacelle. Des branches sont tombées et ont causées des dommages. En essayant de discuter avec le propriétaire pour qu’il répare les dégâts, il n’a eu aucune considération et n’a pas l’intention de prendre ses responsabilités, très arrogant et ne fait que crier.Choqué par ce grand manque de professionnalisme.
