Horrible company to deal with....good luck getting in contact with someone when you have issues. For my 2nd mini split I went with another company. I would never recommend this Company!

We had a fabulous experience with RHPS! We were given quotes from 3 other heat pump installers but chose Reliable because they were so much more knowledgable than the others. They knew exactly which model would work best for our home and budget.

I have not had good experiences from the start. The invoice compared to the original quote was much higher. They did not have the model they originally quoted me for and asked if I would be OK with a slightly" more expensive model

Called for a service appointment in November and they found my HRV was broken (fan motor rusted in place). Called and left messages and emails to get back to me about how to fix or replace it. Didn't hear anything for a long time. Finally I hear back mid December that it's out of warranty and needs to be replaced, I just want I replaced asap. Don't hear anything until second week of January when they give me a quote to replace it. By this point I've already replaced it myself so I just ignore it. Called Restoclean to come inspect the setup and they were responsive and communicated timelines. They inspected my new HRV, the setup, the ducts, the exterior hoods, hooked up the wall controls, calibrated the airflow, found excess water coming in from exterior hood that caused the previous motor to rust and made some recommendations how to fix it without paying somebody. All for $195 tax in.End of January and I just got the invoice from Reliable Heat Pump Services. For finding the motor was seized and providing a quote for replacement, all without much communication or timelines, $220 tax in.Just a heads up.

From the first call, to the visit for the quote, right through the install a great experience. A very professional, knowledgeable and patient staff. I can't say enough good about these guys and I would highly recommend RHPS if you are in the market for a mini-split.

Very knowledgeable! Answered all the questions and recommended different options and combinations for our house as we wanted to use in two levels and came up with different options for us. Had an issue after an outage and got a response immediately with how to fix the issue!
