EDIT: LOL the owners response is clear that they didn’t even read my review. I absolutely understand checking ID, once I realized I did not have it, I was already to the store so stopped in to tell them to cancel my order. I was then hassled LIKE I was trying to get in without ID, which was not the case at all. I understand government rules, thanks.I generally like this store for the prices but had a very off-putting experience just now. I placed an order while in uptown, and just as I was walking into the store, I realized I hadn’t brought my ID as I switched bags. I figured I might as well tell the staff to cancel my order since I forgot my ID (I already knew they wouldn’t be able to serve me, I wasn’t going to try) while I was there anyways, instead of just not showing up. The guy who greeted me cut me off in the middle of speaking and told me I need to explain myself better, and then proceeded to tell me that no I’m not allowed in which I knew and if he had just let me actually say what I wanted to say, maybe he would have understood that instead of cutting me off rudely. I just wanted to do a nice thing and let them know not to prepare the order.

Lovely location right in the heart of Uptown. Staff always does their best to fulfill whatever you’re looking for! Parking easiest in the Valu-Mart parking lot, multiple bus stops and ION light rail access right outside the front door. Can’t recommend enough for the prices and selection. Kiosks now available if you don’t wanna talk to anyone and browse on your own! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been a regular customer for years (back when opened as Bud and Sally). The staff is GREAT, they know who I am before they check my ID and always greet me by name.Nathan, Jay, Mitch, and I believe Jackie is her name, they KNOW my favorite products and brands....that is AMAZING customer service!!HOWEVER, the problem seems to be that there is NEVER ENOUGH stock....which is NOT the staffs fault!! I'm pretty particular with what I like to smoke, and for almost 2 weeks now the website hasn't been updated. The prices are UNBEATABLE, however I'm finding that I'm willing to go elsewhere, pay MORE, just to get the product I personally want!! I would REALLY like to see an increase in stock, as this is a PRIME LOCATION in Uptown Waterloo, with TONS of traffic from the Universities as well as the MANY local businesses in the area. Its also DIRECTLY located by the LRT & bus stops!ALSO, Uptown Waterloo is PUB CENTRAL....there are at least 8 pubs within a 2 block radius....and canna cabana is DIRECTLY in the middle....so if you INCREASE THE STOCK, there's a very HIGH CHANCE" sales will increase as well!! JUST SAYING!!Sincerely

All locations are fantastic with amazing service. Truly mean that when said. Great prices with genuine service, got a homie with bad anxiety to go and loves the atmosphere. Can't say good enough things about canna and no i'm not sponsored lol

I'm a regular. I've purchased their edibles, flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and even accessories.Pros: Pretty good selection of goods overall and prices are reasonable. Staff is all very friendly and will offer you recommendations if you aren't sure about what you need. Store is clean and organized. There is a line (which is always quick) to prevent crowding of the store front.Cons: The layout of the store is a bit confusing at first, maybe some display signs would be helpful. They don't sell edibles that are stronger than 10mg THC, you may have to buy several packages. I believe most of the strains I buy are around 30% THC but some do feel weaker.Overall, I'm fairly satisfied for the convenience of it being just 5 min drive away.

Jay is an absolute legend, easily the best salesman I’ve ever had across all dispensaries in Canada and abroad. The guy went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stuff. Please ask for this absolute legend if you go here this guy is the real deal. When I first dealt with Jay it was his 1st week there and I would’ve believed him if he said he was the owner. Such a G shout out Jay! Give this guy a raise!!!!

They take a long time to come and check your ID. All the staff give the feeling that dealing with customers is a chore and something to be avoided. Overall very.poor customer service, will be going back to using other stores.

Incompetent with terrible customer service. They aren’t worth your money. You can get the same products at stores where they actually sell you what you asked for. Sold me the wrong thing and refused to help me when I came to return it. Disgusting service. Disgusting staff
