I'd like to say the staff who work the trucks are nice.However, the drivers who pick up and replace the bins at businesses are given new trucks with alarms and no way to shut them down. They wake up residences right across from their pick up and drop offs, There HAS to be a way for them to shut off the alarm when in a residential area or right across from residences. This is ludicrous.
