Good servive.

They told me that they could repair my small rip in my suit, I took it in and the repair looks horrendous. They did not give me a refund. If you can't do the job, why not just tell me so I can take it somewhere else where it will be done properly. The dry cleaning was fine, just don't use them for any tailoring, as they have zero idea of what they are doing.

My highest commendation. If you want a dry-cleaning job done this is the place to go. Amazingly helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your timeline

New customer. Did a suit and one shirt. My shirt had some stains that I thought were impossible to get out. Easy care did a great job and everything turned out fantastic and reasonably priced. Will return!

Very nice when I came in to talk with the owner. I explained what I needed dry cleaned and she quoted what I would pay.I was pleased with the cleaning 2 Quilts and 3 dress pants.

Greatly disappointed with their alteration services. I came to pick up my clothes a week after as directed but the gentleman could not find them. After talking to the wife over the phone, he said that actually my clothes were sent to another alterations store, somewhere close to no 5 as they were really busy. He apologized and promised a discount. I returned a week after, the lady was at the front, she lied right into my face, never said I am sorry or any apology of any sort, she charged me the exact amount - when I asked about the promised discount she said absolutely not, we don't give any discount on alterations. The quality of her alterations is also really poor on the hem of my pants. Unfortunately they lost our business. I would say keep the dry cleaning but find a better place (and people) for alterations.

I'm old customer, and I use them for dry cleaning, mostly for shirts, and dressing jackets, but I noticed that service went down in last year or so. I do not know what is the reason, but my white jacket is not white anymore, has that greyish tone in it, after cleaning, and every time has to be done twice. My husband's shirts are not cleaned properly anymore, there is always body oil mark on the collar. For the convenience of been close to my home I keep going back, but I think for the convenience of having things done properly I will try another place.
