I like this company. I used them for a residential appraisal in February of '23. Matt, the co-owner and inspector, is thorough and doesn't mind if you want to follow him around during the inspection. He took his time to explain every little thing he was seeing and the potential impacts they could have long term but in a very neutral way....he remained very factual. Don't stop reading now...Matt and Pacific Crest Inspections, deserve a shout out! I've had home inspections before, and Matt's is by far the most detailed, the most thorough, and the most educating. He meticulously examined things I never would have thought to inspect, nor have been inspected in my previous home purchases. All questions were answered and then re-explained when I didn't quite understand. I required an expedited inspection for this purchase and it was met promptly and without hassle.The write up for the inspection was very detailed, pictures included , leaving no question as to to line item's discrepancy and how it should be rectified. He addressed all of my concerns and educated me on a variety of maintenance topics. The report was excellent, best I've seen in my home buying experience.
