Moores Clothing for Men

At the beginning Moore's was great to work with. They took all our groomsmen in and the groom and helped them find the perfect suits for our wedding. Their prices to rent are extremely reasonable. We thought everything was going to go great! That was until it was the week of the wedding. Upon paying in full, they guaranteed pick up would be 2 days before our event. Our wedding took place on a Friday, one of our groomsmen received his suit on the Tuesday and the other 4 guys didn't. The next day I called the store in the morning confirming pick up would be that day. I was told the truck usually gets in by 4pm so we should receive a call by 6pm to pick up. The lady then proceeded to say they can't guarantee pick up would be today. The groom and 1 other groomsmen called later on around 5pm and were both told separate things. One was told they were having issues with the delivery truck and the other was told the suits were en route to the store. We finally got a call at 9pm that night after the store closed saying the suits were ready to be picked up the following day. The remaining 4 guys got their suits less than 24 hours before our wedding. The organization and communication was not great at all. We were lucky enough we didn't have to travel outside the city/country for this event or else we wouldn't have had suits. Just because the price was cheaper than any other place doesn't mean the service will be great.

I did not get the name of the girl that assisted my partner but her customer service skills are horrible! Very snarky, did not listen at all and was not helpful. We have had to visit this location 3 times now and I am hoping there will not be a 4th.

I was helped by Zunaira. These five stars are for her only.I was having a pathetic service by one of their associate (Bald Guy). He literally told me that the size i am asking isn't available in whole canada.He didn't even bother to take my Son's waist size and just left us alone and i was feeling so confused unattended.Then Zunaira came to rescue me and within no time she was able to find the right size from same collection.I also got my suit as per her suggestion and she had a good sense of color combinations.Hardly took 25 mints for two suits and other accessories.Thank you Zunaira for the wonderful client service and helping us.

I would do 0 stars if I could, the man who helped my fiance and I had the worst customer service I've ever seen. We have never been suit shopping before and this was supposed to be a great experience to find a suit for our wedding.We walked in and was looking around super lost and overwhelmed, he saw us initially but continued to ignore us then when we asked for help he looked disgusted which was strike 1 then was super rude and made my fiance feel horrible and uncomfortable. On top of all of this he sent my fiance in to try clothes on and then just left him we waited around 5 minutes and he never came back, he only returned after we were leaving the store.This customer service was horrible, and I will never suggest this place to anyone.We went in for a wedding suit and came out feeling defeated and like we were less than the people inside. It is absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

Great place to shop for men clothing. I had the great pleasure of shopping for a tuxedo on June 15, 2023 at the store at 32nd Ave NE in Calgary. There was quite a variety of styles available. Aman, a very pleasant and knowledgeable Rep had a very good idea of which style and tailored cut will fit well on me. This helped me greatly in selecting the tuxedo very quickly and tremendously happy in making the right purchase with ease. Greatly thankful and appreciative of Aman’s assistance in the matter of this purchase. Personally recommend Aman to prospective customers that do visit this Moores Clothing Store in Calgary.

For great cloths and Moores you shouldn't have to go much further then Moores Cholthing for Men. Always help full staff and fancy clothes leaving you ready for any occasion.

This is definitely a great place to shop for men's clothing, shoes, and other accessories and also for young and teenage boys. Lots of varieties and their prices are quite reasonable and affordable. The store is well organized and arranged with different labels to show the prices of products and the types. Their customer service is excellent. I had a great shopping experience and I would surely return there to shop again. Lots of parking space and not a crowded store.

If I could give zero stars I would! We called the store before we came in to see if they had the specific size we needed in youth suits. The young girl I spoke to said they had some in the size we needed. I said great we are on our way. We live an hour away and didn't want to drive all that way for no reason. We got there and there was zero suits his size!! I couldn't believe it. Horrible customer service and horrible communication!

I found the clerks very knowledgeable and helpful. When the store didn't have the shirt I wanted in stock, they offered to bring it in from another location within a few days. The clerk I had been dealing with phoned the next morning to say an employee had been going between locations and had, in fact, brought in my shirt over night. I think it says a lot about a company and its employees when they go that extra mile to provide such service.The store offers a lot of discounted sales and promotions that averages down the overall cost of keeping an extensive, current wardrobe.

I read the reviews and still gave it a shot. Service was horrible, got more help from a random customer that was willing to help. Dude at the front needs to be fired immediately, if you gave a drowning person a glass of water you’d be more helpful than him
