We chose PuriSoft for both our softener and drinking water systems. After meeting Tom, who owns and operates the business we are certainly happy we did.Firstly, Tom came into our house with several barriers to spreading Covid, which was very much appreciated.Our install was not easy, and Tom did not stop until it was perfect.His level of knowledge and customer care has me going out of my way to recommend Puresoft.

I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Purisoft Water Solutions. I highly recommend this company! From the moment I met Tom, I knew that he was honest and knowledgeable about what he does. He kindly suggested a system suitable for our home without pressuring us into purchasing anything. What a relief - someone who actually cares about people and not just after their money! I'm so glad we called Tom at Purisoft- an honest and down to earth guy with impeccable service. Tom was awesome and came by our house before hand to make sure everything was good to go. Our system was a little bit more challenging to set up because of how our house is set up but Tom gave us some tips on prepping our drain and did a great job on set up. Our bathroom had a heavy chlorine smell and white residue left behind on our shower curtain, now it's completely gone! The Reverse Osmosis takes some getting use to if you've never tried the water before but is working out great for us and we feel better now that we aren't being wasteful with all those plastic water bottles. Overall, great customer service from start to finish!

It was nice to have someone so responsive. Tom came over today to do the installation and was done very quickly. This was a replacement so I am sure it was easier. He was very professional and did a great job.

Tom just finished the install at our new home. We are on the water in Innisfil off of Cooks Bay and our water was definitely too hard and had a smell to it. I just turned on the tap and already it smells SO much better and feels better! And I know as it keeps running it will be even softer. Tom was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Honest, reliable and great products. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When your water softener dies and you live in certain areas of Barrie you find out how really hard the water is. I called Tom on Thursday and by Tuesday after a long weekend we had a new reasonable priced water softener installed. I am happy to say it is better than our old one ever was and made locally. Thanks Tom!
