Power Vac Winnipeg came to my house with dirty equipment, that did a very poor job of cleaning much of any dust in my vents, and charged me what it would have been to get a thorough cleaning from a superior HVAC duct & vent cleaning company. Don't choose Power Vac Winnipeg you will be wasting your money.

A company that offers great customer service. Arrived early, team was respectful and did a great job cleaning the cold air returns and heating ducts. Noticed a huge improvement in the air quality as soon as the furnace started up. Highly recommend this company.

Had power vac come out to do the duct cleaning in my home. They did a good job. The staff were friendly enough but didnt do anything to make me go wow!". We had a sanitizing spray put into the ducts for allergens and it gave me a wicked headache. Overall a perfectly adequate service."

After our duct cleaning on August 10, 2020 we were extremely disappointed with the customer service we got from Ketlend(Don't know exact spell but she was very rude on the phone). The guy told me there will be extra $50 for dryer vent. I wanted to confirm the price with Power vac so I called them and Catland(Or Ketlnad) gave me $75. I explained that the guy who is doing cleaning told me $50 but she said with rude voice and argument that it is $75.You don't want to be treated with rude customer service(from Ketlend) after paying $$$ to them. It was already sale going on with Power Vac(I knew from the payment device the cleaning guy came with and he quickly change the numbers) and they charged me regular price. No work ethics!Home Depot is offering $99 for 10 ducts and it is worth it. These guys are not at all reliable from my experience with them.
