Store is usually clean and well organized but disappointed that management doesn't honour pricing as displayed - ridiculous that $2.75 was more important to them over customer satisfaction. The manager was so rude and didn't even apologize for the pricing error. She just said no" and walked away! A bit of kindness would go a long way.The cashier was fast and very polite

A lady accidentally dropped a glass object & fortunately she or no one else was hurt. But..... unfortunately the lady working was more worried about picking thru the glass for the price tag ($5 at the most ) then she was cleaning it up so someone didn't get hurt . It was left there to cash the lady out including her broken item & others before the glass being prioritized. I'm in dismay.

If you like, waiting in a line that’s 20 people deep, then this is the store for you. They finally called the second cashier, but who likes spending that much time in a line that isn’t moving. The convenience of running in for some thing, after being at the store, next-door is lost by having to wait so long. Avoid this location at all costs.Update — May 11, 2023If this wasn’t so conveniently located I’d go elsewhere every time.14 people in front of me in line. No self checkouts and two employees having a chat at the front door while 2 cashiers try and work through the crush of people.If nothing else, it proves the dollar store is popular.I’m going to have to find somewhere else that sells gift bags.

Never buy a gift card here, they will hold zero responsibility when the card you buy has no value to it. Bought a 50 dollar gift card for my sisters birthday and when she tried to use it a few days later it had 0 on it, without ever being used prior to. Went in to try and see if they didn’t activate it or something, but instead all they had to say was that it “wasn’t their fault / problem”. Now I’m out 50 dollars until I can contact the gift card company themselves. Provided no help whatsoever. Every other dollarama I’ve been to has been able to fix this issue in the past.

Easy to get in and out with the things you need. Some great deals though prices are certainly going up on items that are not worth it.

Great store with all the available things on the go, staff is nice and store well organized; but lately I have noticed a lot of homeless people outside the store and one or two inside. No offence to anyone, but It just doesnt feel right for us to be in that location so we now prefer to go to other locations.

Good selection. It was nice when there seemed to be a security guard here every time I came, but the last few times I didn't see any security. Some sketchy people hang around here some times, have witnessed shoplifting.

Busy, understaffed and the store was kind of a mess with products laying on the dirty floor and in the wrong section. Lots of variety of products though and I went in the middle of the day on a Saturday so maybe it was a little more chaotic than usual.
