Had a problem with my Qx60's window today. Service department was booked full but Frank was very gracious and offered to look at it anyway -- it was fixed in no time. We purchased our Qx60 here and We have been coming to this dealership for a few years now. Out of all the dealerships/service departments we have had this by far is the one that impresses us the most with their courtesy and expertise. Very thankful to have a team we can trust and rely upon.

The sales people and managers at this dealership have terrible after sales service. They are Ignoring our emails and calls and texts. A correct pre inspection was NOT carried out before we purchased our car and now they do not want to take responsibility for their mistake. We will have to contact Nissan Canada again to fill a THIRD complaint against them. Never ever go here for a vehicle for purchasing or maintenance.

I recently leased a QX80 from Woodchester Infiniti. I had a plethora of other options with different manufacturers / brands, but no one could match the outstanding service I receive at Woodchester Infiniti. Specifically, the Lease Renewal Manager Ankur and Sales Manager Peter always make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer and that’s what brings me back every time. While Infiniti is a solid brand with excellent performance and comfort, it's the team that keeps me coming back to this specific dealership. If you are intending on purchasing or leasing a vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend Woodchester Infiniti for their exceptional level of service, professionalism, and customer service!

Cannot give them less then 1 because there isn't an option unfortunately. When we traded our car in January, the dealership short paid Nissan Finance for some reason even though I had paid in full at the time of purchase. In March I received an email from Nissan Finance Collection about the short pay. At that time Ankur Rastogi the sale person who I was dealing with sent an email stating everything is sorted out. Come May I received another email from Collections stating the account is still unpaid. Due to their incompetence my credit score got hit and now even after repeated calls and emails and complaints to Nissan Canada, the manager Peter is not doing a thing to help and rectify this problem. Now he has passed the buck to Illir another manager who told me he has to revisit the entire situation. Now I have wait till Tuesday for someone down there to sort this issue out. Extremely disappointed with a luxury car dealership to handle situation like this. Never ever dealing with this dealership again.

After driving different German cars, I needed something bigger. After visiting Ankur at Woodchester Infiniti, he sold me an QX80. This was several years ago and he provided me with excellent service and advise. I'm now on my 3rd QX80 lease and am still super impressed with both the sales process as well as the post service. If you're looking for an Infiniti, I highly recommened you check out this particular dealership and try and speak to Ankur. From a service perspecitve, top notch advisors with Ken and Frank.

Leased a car from this dealer and the leasing experience declined exponentially.- My auto payment was not setup correctly by the Infiniti head office when I first leased the car, however the leasing staff at WoodChester Infiniti failed to notify me despite being aware of the situation. As a result, I had to find out through a creditor 3 months later. By that time it was already too late, my credit score tanked. The leasing staff could’ve gave me a heads up when this situation first unfolded but they decided to keep me in the dark. This is pure unprofessionalism by the leasing team at this dealership.- Don’t bother booking an appointment with the leasing staff here because they don’t honour it. I came to return my lease and scheduled an appointment a week in advance. I reached the dealership, had to wait 50 minutes to speak with someone after asking for assistance multiple times. My leasing manager didn’t even step out for a minute to let me know he’s running late or try his best to get someone else on his team to assist me. I had to ask the front desk (worst customer experience and disrespect a customer can receive)- In the past, I’ve tried to communicate with the dealer over the phone, takes multiple voice messages to get through to the sales/leasing staff.Do yourself a favour, go to another Infiniti dealer for a better experience.

About 4 years after starting a lease with Woodchester Infiniti, I found out that they sent to collections bureau a charge that I supposedly incurred. When I contacted the dealership and Infiniti Canada to dispute the charge, they could not tell me what it is was for. Infiniti had my address, and yet had never notified me that an amount was owing. When I first found out and contacted both Infiniti Canada and the dealership, they said they had no information and to speak to the collections agency; guess what collections said: speak to Infiniti. In the end, I had to pay a charge which no one could explain was for. If this is how Infiniti treats repeat customers, good luck to this company!
