Good people when you go there just don't try to call nobody answers the phone

Over the last 20 years I have purchased three boats from Rod and have been happy with them every time.The latest problem I had with one of the boats was due to a lack of knowledge as to timing of certain maintenance. I took the Suzuki back to Marsh’s and received amazing attention and service.I would like to thank all involved in the prompt repair of our boat and friendly service.

Bought a new boat & motor from them a couple years back. Everything was wrong. Improper installation of upgrades including; sonar electronics, Minn Kota, transom saver (trailer mount upside down) as well as boat travel cover & warranty paperwork missing. It was a Three Stooges preparation of over-the-top incompetence. Photos are available. Salesman offered a couple hats as an apology, and despite several attempts, management never addressed the issue. Gave-up & repaired the problems myself. A year later, had intermittent starting issues recently identified by a credible and reputable marina as incorrect motor & wiring installation being the cause. Absolute worst purchase experience ever. There more I think about it, the more I suspect that the boat was also a demo. I should have sued them. Don't waste your time and money.

My wife and I bought a brand new boat, motor and trailer. Upon delivery we discovered it was a demo. Do not trust anyone here! We'll never return.

Horrible service. They never answered the phone. You have to drive there to get some info. Nobody at the desk. Everyone busy with something else. I left the part from my boat in October 2022, called in May 2023 and it still on fixed. After 3 weeks they returned dirty and dusty part.

They must all be eating well.Don't answer there phones and when I did get through they said they would call me back with the info I need to purchase. They never did.Update.Further to this, the owner reached out to me as you can see. I did call him and explained what was happening.He was deeply concerned,not rude or confrontational at all. To sum it up he gave me a very good competitive price on the item I wanted.He even agreed to take a small deposit to secure the purchase until I can pick it up.

Bought a new fourwheeler off them Dan and Greg very good to deal with would deal with them again.

Bought a new Kingfisher recently. George was excellent to deal with, none of the nonsense I experienced with other dealerships. I would recommend buying a boat from George at Marsh's.

Roughly 3 years ago I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership selling used boats that they don’t know how to fix. Brought the bought back to them 4 times roughly 2 hrs drive each way. 2 days of work missed only for horrible customer service. The only way i was able to leave with a running motor was to fall for their Suzuki trap. I’m sure it’s the reason why they buy old boats it’s near blown up motors so that the customer comes back to buy a new outboard. Caught the salesman Billy Russell avoiding phone calls, called him on my phone no answer.. call him on a friends phone he picks up right away. The final straw was the owner not willing to get off his office chair to come talk to me on their lot to resolve the problems I had been experience. What did I end up with? A $10,000 boat with a blown motor, then a brand new Suzuki for $7000.. blowing my $10k budget out of the water. Thanks marshs marine for the added debt and horror stories to live with. Don’t do business with this dealership they only care about selling $100,000+ king fishers

Marshs Marina was a great experience. Bought a boat from them yesterday and they did a great job with customer care. George is a great guy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this Marina and I'll definitely be back in a few years. Thanks guys
