My stylist was Rachelle, she’s currently an apprentice. I have very long hair and a lot of it. Rachelle did such a great job trimming my hair and keeping most of the length, not only that, she made me feel amazing. She was easy to talk to and very complimentary. I left there feeling great and it made my entire day a whole lot better. Thank you Rachelle, and I am looking forward to visiting you again!

She is excellent in both cuts and colors. I had my first Brazilian wax with Sepanta and she made me feel more than comfortable. I was super nervous for this appointment and she eased my nerves with her knowledge about the service as well as her sweet and calming personality. Not to mention her room was super clean and I left feeling smooth as ever. Will be back for sure. :)

I was pretty sad about my experience at the retreat. I went in for a trim and left with square “ Lego hair” . I told my stylist (Hannah) that I didn’t want my hair straight /blunt across the bottom and wanted the existing layers blended better. She did the exact opposite but curled it so I didn’t notice until I washed it myself. The salon was awesome when I called about getting it fixed but the stylist (Hannah) seemed irritated that I was unhappy. She she mentioned that I must not be used to having long hair.. she cut 4” off ..which I was understanding about because my ends were dead.. so I feel like I was used to having long hair. I told her that I usually let my hair dry naturally and that my natural curl now was just puffy at the bottom.. she said the only way to fix it was to take more length.. the trust level was already broken so I wasn’t willing to allow her to cut off anymore and left still very disappointed.. I might go back to the retreat but I will never go back to that stylist.

Hannah made a very special hair cut experience for my children (4 and 6) and everyone was so kind and welcoming. The Retreat is a salon for all ages! Courtney is fantastic as well! Always does a wonderful job!

It was ok. We were there to get hair done for a special occasion. I've had my hair done there before and it was great, but it has gone down hill in the last few years. We were told we were getting Senior Stylists, but I could have done just as good at home, with less bobbie pins, no back combing and it would have been way cheaper. My daughter did like the fact that her stylist knew how to work with curly hair and was mostly ok with her experience.The Manicures were top notch though and I would definitely recommend!The service was super friendly.

Highly recommend this salon! Nice clean shop with very friendly staff. I was lucky enough to book in with Karyssa for a cut and style and I am beyond happy with the results. Will definitely be back in the future! ☺️

I went in for a haircut that was very over do ( mop) my stylist was Hanna as usual . She is such a nice person and very professional . Along with great customer service at the front desk Hanna did an amazing job on my hair I am so thankful to have been referred to her from my daughter. My hair is very thick and difficult to cut right and Hanna right from the start has done a fantastic job wouldn’t hesitate to refer her to any of my friends or family.

As usual, my experience was amazing! Michelle always makes me feel beautiful. She makes me feel confident to try new things. All the staff here are so friendly and inviting.
