This place is invalidating, they have a Counselor who will tell you that because you enjoyed it" its not r*pe. This person also asks for way too many details almost as though he enjoys it. Absolutely disgusting. So dissapointed that a place that claims to be a safe support for victims would allow such a Counselor to work here."

100% best counselling I have ever received. As a queer trans person who has disabilities I didn't really think they would understand me but was I ever wrong. The effort put forth by the counsellors is literally nothing I have experienced before. You are not just a number or a case, you are a whole complete person to them and they genuinely do everything they can do help. This has been a vital resource to helping me to feel safe again.

I don’t know her name but whoever picks up the phone on the 24 hour crisis line needs to be fired because when you’re in crisis the last thing you need is a loud angry old lady yelling into the phone at you, or invalidating the seriousness of what you’re feeling
