I’ve been taking my father to see Dr. Kapoor for a few years now and have noticed his unprofessional behaviour and rudeness from the start. He has zero patience for elderly patients and specifically those whose English is not their first language. While I’m there to help my father translate, I do allow my father to speak to Dr. Kapoor on his own first before stepping in. However, my father gets a few words in and Dr. Kapoor immediately says “I don’t understand” while not even attempting to try and understand or allow my dad to finish a full sentence before interrupting. We wait hours to see him despite having an appointment time and when we get in to see him he constantly rushes us out. During our appointment today Dr. Kapoor asked if my dad had any additional questions to which my dad responded that he did and was about to get out what he wanted to say when Dr. Kapoor let’s out a loud sigh and says “ok I gotta go now, come on guys” as if we are wasting his time! He hands us paperwork and tells us to go see the lady at the front desk to book the follow up appointment and doesn’t even end up giving us any requisition for the appointment to be booked! Way to go Dr. KAPOOP, see what rushing us out does! That is no way to treat patients let alone elderly patients! Your time is not the only time that is important! He’s clearly in the wrong line of work as he doesn’t actually care about the well being and health of his patients. This is my dad’s health which is important to us, therefore we want to ensure ALL OUR QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED! I don’t know where he thinks he can get away with treating people that way and speaking to patients the way he does. He’s certainly someone who has let his “status” in the medical field get to his head. Everyone who sees him is going through something and that is the LAST thing anyone needs is to be talked down to and rushed out of an appointment that they waited hours for. If my father would agree to find another doctor I would’ve stopped bringing my dad to Dr. Kapoor a long time ago.

Dr. Kapoor is a professional surgeon who is caring, kind and goes above and beyond to make a person feel that what he does will work and you can trust him. I had a radical nephrectomy and removal of adrenal gland just over a year ago and I could not have asked for a better team of people to work with me. This includes the office staff and all the people who assisted with my surgery. They are all highly recommended.

I was referred to this man who was 90 min late. I said I liked to b involved in my care. He said 'Well ur fat'. 2nd appt he rushed into the room and laid down on the gurney and talked from there. 3rd appt he sat at a computer about 2 feet in front of me w his back to me. I asked him to please turn around as I couldnt hear him. He didnt move or acknowledge me. His resident became anxious and said she would tell me what he said. I left being told to book an ultrasound. I told the receptionist I would not b back. Dr Kapoor is a narcissistic, condescending misogynist. I dont care how talented he is, hes the most arrogant person I've ever met.

Dr. Kapoor and his team was absolutely amazing. I had a partial nephrectomy done last month and I was so nervous, but his team really made me feel so comfortable! The surgery was very successful and recovery is going fantastic! I can't thank them enough!

I haven't been to his office in some years ,was checking reviews in hopes he does umbilical hernia repairs as been sadly suffering since my first laprascopy over 30 years ago and still haven't seen a segeons for 3 years since untasound reveal diagnois .He was such a wonderful doctor ,bed side manner I found to be very professional .What I like is he is straight up and test preformed via check for uretha possible narrowing was such a relief as uses water rather than air like many others. I saw him twice and out of all specilist I'd seen since a young girl within ,by far he was the best .I highly recommend him as he is honest and straight up .

My father is paralyzed. He cannot move easily and cannot sit in a certain spot for a long time. The doctor called us, made an appointment for 10:30 am and he was late for 2 hours. At 12:30 was when he attended us. Our appointment was at 10:30 am. He made us wait for a long time. He talks to us very rudely. It seems like he is discriminating us. He attended other people that had later appointments then us. A person had an appointment at 11:30 and he attended them first before attending us. This made me feel very sad that he will not attend my father. My father needs better service. This is not right. Then he started to make excuses that he couldn't attend my father because of his problem. I feel like that this Doctor is discriminating people with certain disabilities.
