Unprofessional and unwilling to admit they were wrong. The bracelet I received was of poor quality and had small cracks in it. the person on the telephone was rude and said that wasn't possible. it had to have been cheap quality leather. would never buy from them again.

i order my bracelet in may.. there was a problem with delivery. it is september and i still haven't received my bracelet!!! I talked to someone from the company and she argued with me telling me how i didn't understand why i didn't have my bracelet! she never apologized or tried to do anything to help. I have always loved the bracelets, i have 6! however customer service was awful and very rude. i was told over and over that i didn't understand and how there is nothing they can do!

The bracelet is pretty nice but shipping just takes awhile because they have to ship from Canada into the US, and they have to go through a whole bunch of processing to ship it to you. They have to go through US customs at the border passing. That's why it takes awhile to ship.

don't order online it takes 7+ days just for them to send out the shipping info to the mailing company and to yourself. i ordered a bracelet 9 days ago and it hasn't even been taken to the shipping company to be delivered to me. Terrible service. i contacted the company 3 days ago asking why my item hasn't been delivered. They explained the process (which needs work) and they said that they would ship the item on that day AND have the shipping info emailed to me. but not to my surprise, still nothing.
