Style Lounge spa, salon and laser centrre

My daughter and I had haircuts at this salon last Saturday. Both of us left crying in that we did not get what we wanted even after showing photos. I asked for long layers and for the length not to be cut. The hairdresser seemed to lift 3 steps up from bottom and cut right across to create the layers. The end result was blunt and the layers did not blend in seamlessly. Not to mention she cut 3 inches off the length!My daughter was very reluctant to get a cut but she showed a picture of the cut she wanted. Both of us have very long and thick hair. The end result was chunky even after I told the stylist to thin out the bottom to prevent bulkiness. My daughter wanted a full head of beach waves, NOT curls. The stylist proceeded to use a flat iron to create the style. As a stylist myself, attempted to teach the stylist how to hold the flat iron to create the wave. She did not correct it. The final look was the infamous poodle" curl look. The curls were at the bottom and clearly not the beachy look that my daughter wanted.The worst is that I paid $220 for all of this with a tip!I had to bear the brunt of teenage angst after the fact. I would never recommend this place."

I went there for hydra facial, waxing and eyebrows threading. Facial was good and relaxing. But their waxing technique was horrible and wax was runny. They were applying very thin layer, they had to use the strip again again on the same place to remove the wax. My eyebrows were also not good. I was disappointed with my eyebrow’s threading. As an aesthetician would not recommend this place for waxing or eyebrows.

Really bad service provided. The charges are $12.00 for threading and staff is not even dedicated to service client properly. the eyebrows were not thread properly and the staff looked very untrained in service. staff was asked multiple Q&A by clients and no help in knowing prices for customers request. This place is a big rip off.

The place is very nicely decorated and makes you feel like you're in a luxurious spa, the experience was great. I got manicure and pedicure done. But I am not impressed with the quality of the nails, my acrylic nail fell off in 2 days as if it was a press on nail.

My experience at style lounge was beyond words. The staff is so welcoming and kind as the place feels like a home. Moreover, they best service i ever got.

Wonderful experience at style lounge! It was my first time getting laser hair removal done and the owner made me feel really comfortable about the whole experience. She provided great insight into the type of laser being used, what kind of results you may expect and was honest and transparent about the whole process. A very clean, professional, and friendly environment. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a laser treatment!
