Coretech Industries has just completed two projects for us, cutting suspended slabs and coring bond beams . Their crews always came on time and were well organized. They were consciencios and affable. By nature , the work is messey in a carpeted room , but the guys worked to minimize the spray where possible. Where acuracy counted, they persued that as well. Ron, the owner of this company is a bad businessman. Not only did he take 6 weeks to complete 45 minutes worth of work... but then had the nerve to charge me 750.00 dollars! When I asked he laughed and said “it’s minimum charge” ! Hope no one else gets ripped off by this guy!
