This agency is absolutely horrendous! I wouldn’t even give them one star, they increased prices without even letting us know, didn’t even keep us updated on the amount of hours our child was attending per month for the price. They are incredibly rude and ignorant. No communication at all from them. They are the worst agency that we have ever dealt with! I do not recommend putting your child in dayhome with this agency. We refused to pay after knowing the price increase because it was absolutely ridiculous how they wouldn’t let us know! Please think twice about going through this agency they are not worth it at all!!!
