Best cheese store in toronto in my opinion. The owner is so lovely and has been there so long! I’ve been shopping here since 2011. She used to own a bakery beside too that was amazing but unfortunately it closed. The cheese selection is great and I personally love the fresh butter from Quebec that they have. The jalapeño jack is one of my favourites as well. It is very reasonably priced for the quality of cheese you are getting! Can’t praise this place enough.

I love high quality aged cheese and so glad to had discovered this gem of a store when visiting Toronto. The owner was warm, welcoming, and explained the products well offering samples. The taste and quality the aged cheddar I purchased was better than any aged cheddar I had ever tried. We have several small cheese factory outlets in the NYS, Finger Lakes, region and they don't compare to the quality I purchased at this store. Quality, selection and price is also superior to the gourmet cheese sections of our popular supermarkets. Since the border is opening again, I hope to make it to Toronto, and stopping at Cheese Magic is a must.

Such a fantastic selection of cheeses available and great customer service that allows you to try the cheese before you buy. Staff is very knowledgeable and will make suggestions based on what you like and what you are looking for.Always nice to have the ability to buy 50 g or less so that you can try many different types and compare.

Great cheese place. Ping is super friendly and helpful, and often gives great recommendations. Don't be shy to ask for samples of cheeses as they're more than happy to let you try some cheese and figure out what works for you. Buy and try as much cheese as you can here.

A lovely little shop. The owner is obviously passionate about cheese, is generous with samples, and has lots of handy advice about pairings. I wish the other staff could give tips about pairings, but they’ve been very helpful in other ways. This is an especially good place to go if you’re not sure what you’re looking for and want to try something new, or if you want to try a high-end variety of a specific type of cheese.

Cheese lovers paradise - and a bright yellow spot in Kensington Market. The store has so much character - with lovely old fashion decor and cheese themed gadgets. Great selection and very reasonable prices.
