Taking over my family business put a lot of stress on my work and personal life. A friend suggested I seek out a life coach which is how I found Nia in Ann Arbor. Working with Nia was a life changing journey. I kept logs that focused on my business and personal life which put many things in perspective and through her coaching I eventually became much more productive managing my business as well as improving my personal life. I now feel like I have a road map and coach on my side who keeps challenging me to maintain my productivity while balancing a healthy relationship with my wife and children. Nia is a wonderful life coach and I’m so happy that I gave her services a try.

I began coaching with Nia in attempt to bring some organization to the next steps of my life. As a business owner, mom, wife, sister, artist and female…..I felt like I was lost behind all my titles.It was time to find myself again and to put myself at the forefront of my list with my goals, visions, dreams, and inspirations for the future! My work with Nia was to explore this concept. Over the next year we would explore those topics I thought I wanted to travel down; did I really want to branch out in this new direction? Or was that idea just on the surface, maybe something deeper was there to discover. Sometimes just reviewing a topic was all I needed to explore it and then was ready to set that idea down. Other times, the topics spread over many months as I explored the ideas and concepts until finally, I concluded, this was a direction I want to work toward.It was thru Nia’s constant support and inspired questions that kept me fueled and moving forward to MY goals and visions. We kept a running list of ideas and concepts along with notes of our coaching for review, so I was able to reflect on the journey as the weeks went by. Her unjudgmental bias and support allowed me to investigate different ideas without the pressure to make decisions before I was ready.Eventually the ideas all meshed into a clear plan for the future. It was a group of ideas that I felt passionate about and knew was obtainable. I highly suggest working with Nia.
