Starbucks is Great for what they have,lots of variety in drinks hot or cold,food not so much but for what they do have tastes Good. Great service and Friendly staff. Expensive coffee's but if you can afford it you won't be disappointed and sometimes you just have to treat yourself,Enjoy!

The food is not very economical compared to Tim Hortons and if you don't eat pork then you hardly have any options. We go their as my daughter loves their pink coloured birthday pop lollipop.

Olivia is not treating us normally. The way she looks and speaks to us is not friendly at all. I feel so sad about her manner towards colour people. I am a regular customer to this location and I maintain friendly relations with all nicely individuals are working there. Olivia has a constant attitude whenever she sees me or my wife in the store. I am requesting a review to the store cameras to check her manner in last incident towards me yesterday Friday April 14,2023 around closing time. She dismissed me from the store because she was about to close the door but the drive thru was open but I did not have my car. I walked to the store to get my coffee.I feel so bad about what she is doing every time she sees or interact with us.Moheb Ibrahim Hanna

Food: 4/5Service: 5/5Ambience: 4/5This Starbucks location is my favourite! The staff here are super friendly, helpful and very skilled. Although they are located on a busy street and get slammed with massive orders, they always go above and beyond to make sure the orders get out to the customers in a timely manner.

Went threw the drive thru yesterday not only did the line take forever but the white girl with brown hair and all the piercings is rude, why do you have the most miserable one working the drive thru? Why work customer service? Do better.

Visiting for 1.5 weeks straight and everytime attending drive thru, they indicate debit/credit not functional, only to find out this was untrue- they are saying this to expedite drive thru traffic. Lack of integrity.

This used to be my go-to Starbucks, but over the past few months both the customer service and the drink quality has gone down, down, to the point where I avoid this location now. Drinks are often under-poured, if I pay for cold foam, for example, why is there just a tiny bit on my drink? Mostly, though, one star is for the drive thru as there are always long lines and long waits now. Too bad, hopefully quality and service will return one day.

The latte is excellent. Drive thru staff is very friendly. It’s not fast but sometimes it’s nice not to be rushed and treated like a human. One caveat is that I did get the breakfast wrap before and it was lousy. It was flat as a board. I think it was like egg and feta.

Long waits. No one has any get up and go. Don’t pre-order as your order is their LAST priority, including walk ins. Drive thru is the only way to get your coffee with any reasonable wait time (and even then I’ve been stuck at the drive thru window for over 5 mins waiting). Definitely been to WAY better locations.
