I have been wanting to get water softener system installed for my new home and saw the sign for Alka Water by the sidewalk in my neighborhood. Called the number and got connected with Dan to get a quote. Dan was very knowledgeable with explaining the products and found it to be very reasonably priced after comparing with other companies providing similar services. Dan was able to set up an appointment for the next day and was right on time as scheduled. I ended up getting the RO water filter along with water softener and it's the best decision I made. I felt the difference in the quality of drinking water right away.The job was cleanly and professionally done with both systems tucked away in the basement. The service was amazing and something I will recommend to my friends and family. It was very professional, any questions I had were answered perfectly. I always bought water bottles to drink from so it’s very nice to have a change drinking from the faucet. He fixed the water pressure problem I had, which I thought was very kind of him to do so. Doesn’t interfere with anything under my sink. 10/10 recommended
