This was a truly remarkable experience, I have NEVER written a review for a garage visit, but these guys were exceptional, professional and courteous. And reasonably priced,One word of caution, make sure you're looking for the place or you might miss it, and you will miss the BEST service your Vehicle ever got..Customer service is NOT dead.

I called R&R in an emergency situation as I live out of town and they gladly took me into right away. As I was driving into the city my engine light started flashing, I got extremely concerned due to comments on Google. R&R diagnosted my car and inspected the engine and oil levels. They assured me it was safe to get home and to drive with caution as I wanted to bring the vehicle to my mechanic in town, only because the car was in for service just a few weeks prior. R&R inspected the oil levels and topped up my oil. I truly appreciated R&R honesty and for staying afterhours to inspect my vehicle. Their rates are very competitive and their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend their service. All the best to R&R and their team. Thanks again

On New Years Eve my car broke down and wouldn’t start at a gas station, Ryan was there and I asked him if he can help me and he did, he used jumper cables to start my car, thank you! :)

Awesome service completed in a timely manner with exceptional customer service. The mechanics and management are very kind and go above and beyond. Great prices as well and very friendly. They’re now considered my home mechanic and will be coming here for all future work done on my cars.

They started in October 2022, pretty new and clean place. Ryan and their staff are honest and reliable. My brake warning lights on and they find out that sensor broken, which don't need replace brake pad, save me a lot. They always patiently explain what's the problem, make reasonable recommendations to help you out. Truly recommend and I will come again if needed.

Very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Rich and Ryan took the time to explain the work completely as well as the tech Eric. Who allowed me to to see the work he did and explained to me exactly what was going on. Very impressed with the number of options ryan provided for budgeting and finding better deals. Overall R&R is a solid mechanic shop and make you feel comfortable & confident through the process.
