Great penmanship store with knowledgable and courteous staff.As always they're busy maintaining the store but are immediately available should you require any help from enquiries to making a purchase.The breadth of knowledge is fantastic and I've never had any issues with their recommendations having worked with pens for much of my life on a professional manner and their constant exposure to the old and new breaths fresh life into anyone looking to journal, do type work or delve into the world of calligraphy.Or if you enjoy writing and the tactile experience it brings which is all the more pronounced in this modern day and age.Great selection of everyday carry items aside from pens and pencils etc as well.Wallets, pen cases, keychains, pocket knifes. Everything the discerning person would need on top of the items they offer for someone who still maintains a writing desk.Fantastic store and can recommend to anyone. Staff are absolutely competent with English so if that's a concern give them as shot.(If anyone you know likes writing you can't go wrong with getting a gift from here)

Je craignais un peu de rencontrer la "middle-aged woman" des commentaires moins flatteurs mais j'ai plutôt eu la chance d'être servi par la jeune Amélie (3 ans d'expérience). J'ai beaucoup apprécié ses connaissances et sa grande patience. En aucun temps me suis-je senti pressé de choisir ou d'acheter. Et j'en ai regardé plusieurs!!! (plumes-fontaine) La sélection de la boutique est incroyablement variée

One can get a pen in any price range here and the service staff is helpful and knowledgeable especially Justin.

Buyer beware! This is a dishonest business that does not care once they receive your payment. We had a web order that never arrived. We called and left messages for someone to call us back but even that will go unanswered. Don't take a chance like we did. Save your money.

Fast shipping, great packaging, very satisfied

I don't go there as often as I did, but the service was similar to my past experience. They added a lot of products like figurines and puzzles which is okay but not something I was expecting. There is even more gifts idea than there was before! I also don't go there for cheaper pens as it is more often than not even cheaper when bought in bulk at other stores.From 2 years ago: I go there for many reasons: cheap pens for school, classy pens for gifts, gifts idea and more. They have many items that are hard to find at other places. Stylo.ca also offer an engraving service and it's one of the best. Unfortunately, they don't do engraving everyday...The staff is always very helpful and try their best to make your experience at their store awesome. They give you your space but they are always ready to help you out without the intention to absolutely sell. If you just want information they'll provide the same service as if you would buy something very pricy. They are also bilingual.As a regular to this place, I can say the employee take care of the store and clean up frequently. If you want to visit a beautiful store and have a great shopping experience, I recommend you visit this store.

I cannot be happier with the service provided by Justin on Friday evening. He was so kind, knew so much about pens and guided us on our purchase for a dear friend. Justin not only loves his job but is very passionate about it. We learnt so much and we're very pleased with our experience. I can't say enough. Thank you Justin

Omg! Déplaisant au max de se faire servir par ces deux femmes et arrogance au point où j'ai quitté en me disant qu'elles n'auront plus mon argent, j'irai simplement ailleurs. Aucune compétence et aucune conscience de l'importance de la qualité d'un service à la clientèle.
