Complete disaster parking here. Narrow lanes, narrow spots. I was blocked in by an improperly parked pick up truck and waited 3 1/2 hours before I could leave. Impark was of no help whatsoever. Never again!

I can understand why downtown parking lots get bad reviews, that’s because there usually crowded and expensive and this is the case here also but the lot itself is newly paved so that is good so no potholes. I walk by here all the time and it is always full but thats because it’s right downtown no other open parking lot this large is closer. All of this does not matter to me because I take the LRT to work every day from Clareview so I avoid the expense and frustration of parking downtown.

I don’t know who to direct my anger at. Impark or the 2 individuals who chose to park in front and at the back of me, completely blocking me off. The temptation to put their license plates up is exceedingly overwhelming.

$ 20 to park? Even we just wanted to go for a walk and only had the intention to park for 1 hr. It didnt give us the choice . It was a straight $20 charge. No thanks!!!

The spaces are too small, as are the laneways. Not everyone downtown drives a Prius.

Impark, has grown rapidly since being founded in Vancouver in 1962.The company now runs more than 400,000 parking spots across 3,400 lots in 100 cities throughout Canada and the United States.The stalls are very small, I've seen a pickup truck that took 3min to get out of his parking spot.It's a money grabbing business.Just take a look at the rates (picture) its insane, way to expensive! Try to find other ways, I'd not recommend to park here.
