I'm new to Ottawa and Ernst and Company were recommended to me for my 2020 income tax returns. The entire team was very professional, answered my many questions and were genuinely very nice people. They saved me a quite a bit of money as I was expecting a big capital gains bill for selling a rental property. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbours. Very lucky to have found such a great firm.

Sent all my tax documents on May 22. Didn't receive a reply before September 13. I sent them e-mails & secure messages asking for an update. Took about 3.5 months to receive a first reply even though it wasn't my 1st time doing taxes with them. Asked for a discount because of the delay - they refused. Will be taking my taxes to another accountant for sure!
