Walk in and find a table in your way. No browsing, pick up only. They say renovations" but if you read other reviews then you realize these "renovations" have been going on for 1.5 years minimum. I'll give my money to someone else then. Legendary Waste of Time."

Will never return again. Went 1 year ago to get a game that was rare and in stock. You walk in the door and that's it you don't get to look around. We were told they are renovating ok fair. Fast forward 1 year go again to look around same thing can't get past the door. The walls are tall too that you can not even see around the store. Pictures are misleading as the store is not open for people to look around. After 1 year the so called Reno's should be complete. Never waste our time again.

Everything went great! I just wish that they were open to walk through. It's pick up only.

very disappointed by this place - pre-lockdown it was a fantastic place to go and staff were always friendly however while the rest of the world and other hobby shops are opening up for events and in store browsing, this location is still undergoing 'renovations'don't think of this spot as a store front, think of it as a warehouse where you can pick up your material but unless you're extremely local, there are a number of other shops that are better to go to and have an in-store experience that exceeds the poor customer service experience you receive when you come to pick something up.I hope they manage to complete their 'renovations' soon and find a way to drive traffic in store. Sadly after my last experience, I won't be back here no matter if they open up again or not.

A wonderful spot with some amazing owners who are keen to making your tabletop gaming hobby even better. Tons of selection and a great place to get brand new games quick. A great place to go if you need advice on what games to get for different groups of people too!

After reading google reviews I decided to give them a shot, placed an online order took 3 days to ship. Tried emailing the business after see into the charge go through but items not shipped, email bounced back as “blocked” tried another email account same problem, zero communication from business based on other reviews will most likely never shop here(online) ever again. They don’t seem to bother replying to reviews in any way so they obviously don’t care about any reputation they have online.

I love going to this location. If you are in Vaughan only go here. They have a great playing space in the back and the selection is always great.

Clean, well stocked, and well organized. Large back area, great for running games. Prices are fair and what I expect from any other shop. Location could be better, but sheer the size of Legends Warehouse trumps the inconvenience of getting there. Would be glad to visit again.

Great store for board games and RPGs. The staff is friendly and very helpful. One of my favorite places for online orders.
