Had studs put on tires yesterday. Had a booked appointment. Everything was done on time. Excellent service. Recommend anytime.

Staff was great, they found what I needed. Even the manager offered to help, he was bilingual also! Rare do we see the managers! That was awsome!

I bought a shovel about last week. It was 45$ +tax. I figured I'd pay more for a shovel and get one for a while. Upon coming home I tried it twice on my walkway. The shovel is extremely flimsy and wouldn't shovel at all. I had a plastic one before and I bought this one (metal) to be stronger. I was not too impressed with the shovel so I went to return it. The manager was honestly very cold and rude and wouldn't have anything to do with it. She said she couldn't refund me just because I didn't like it. It's not that I didn't like it, it's because it wasn't serving its purpose and is not built to last. A 10$ shovel from Walmart does a better job. I went again today hoping to see the store manager but it was her again. I went to the desk and said hey. Before anything was said she told me not you again I won't deal with you today it's not going to happen" I was going to talk to her but the way she talked to me I knew if I did it wouldn't have been too nice so I left instead. Very disappointed in their service. I've bought over 10'000$ + worth of things at canadian tire from all my tools to appliances

Online order system at this location is TERRIBLE. Muchuch slower than just going in and shopping for what you need
