Great store the people who work there know there stuff are pretty nice and welcoming only family own business in town sells fishing products haven't had any bad experiences I will keep shopping there and would suggest anyone to shop there support local family businesses.

Called Fred's for a fishing guide. Mac was awesome and knew his stuff. We had other fishing tours parking up beside us because we were pulling out so many sturgeon! Definitely worth the money!!

Amazing service and the best advice...We went to Fred's to look for some Sturgeon gear. I did not want average gear, but some rods and reels that would last a long time and and give us the best action when fishing. We met Tom there and I could tell he knew what he was talking about and that I could trust him on advice and pricing. We ended up with amazing equipment and great prices. He also gave us a tip on where to fish!

Bought a gift card here. Big store with lots of fishing related gear. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful/ attentive. If you are a fisherman or want to be this is a great place to check out.

These guys are the best. On more than one occasion I have called these guys looking for specific gear and they seem to always have good suggestions. More recently they found a pair of Saltwater wading boots for me that was an older model. They gave me a great discount and shipped it out that day. Quick, easy, dependable. Awesome service overall.

An incredibly valuable repository of expertise for any new angler. The staff here are unparalleled in their friendliness and willingness to provide advice and the benefit of their considerable expertise. I made thr mistake of wasting a whack of $ at Cabelas on gear that proved inadequate or inappropriate before I discovered this store. A great spot - any fisherman's happy place.
