Amazing amazing amazing!Jamie was not only a sweetheart, but was so professional and walked me through thoroughly what was happening.. 1000/10! Will only ever go get pierced by him now for sure. Only time ever, I’ve been pierced and was a treat! Beautiful place also!

I have been to Rose Gold several times and each time have been very impressed with the level of service that they provide. My helix & conch were pierced by Nina and Courtney, both of whom were extremely kind and professional. The entire process (from time of booking to the actual piercing) was fully explained, step by step, the cost was presented up front, and I never once felt rushed or judged. The studio itself is extremely clean. Would 10 out 10 recommend.

Rose Gold Body Piercing
Ordered jewellery from this location, waited weeks for it to come in, I go in to pick it up and everything goes well. Thirty minutes after I left, I got a phone call saying there was an issue with my order and I need to return to the store immediately. So I do as I’m asked of and turns out the guy there undercharged me by $20-$30 when I had already paid around $200 for this piece of jewellery. Super frustrating as a customer.On another occasion, I go in to get a tapering/reinsertion done and the piercer says it can’t be done and I will have to get a whole new piercing which is three times the price at least. I went to a different piercer in Calgary and they were able to re insert jewellery in the existing hole with no problems at all. Will not return to this store.

Rose Gold Body Piercing
I have gotten many piercings over the years, many that have rejected, got infected, weren’t done correctly and some jewelry that was fake and irritated my ears. I had a couple that where irritated from another studio and went to Rose Gold to have them switched out and no word of a lie the new jewelry helped my piercings heal. I have gotten some from rose gold since, have had zero problems and plan to get more. I’m so thankful to have found such an amazing studio, everyone who works there is extremely inviting, educated to caring. Thank you for all you do.

Got my tragus jewelry changed and a new lobe piercing on each ear with Courtney. She was soo lovely! She was very patient with my indecisiveness. I hadn’t got a new piercing in ten years and was strangely nervous but she made me feel so calm and they didn’t hurt at all!Drove all the way from downtown Calgary to go there and would do it again!Also a very beautiful jewelry selection, very wide range of prices so just don’t fall in love with pieces too soon ha.

I accompanied my 14 year old daughter in for an ear piercing today and we were really impressed by the service and quality of the piercing received.The person who pierced my daughter's ears was Nina and she was fantastic. She was welcoming, very informative and went through everything from products, to aftercare in great detail and took her time with the procedure. She was very patient and compassionate with my daughter (as she is a little woozie with needles). The place itself was inviting and incredibly clean and tidy.From booking our appointment to being seen, we were called and emailed regularly with procedure when we got there, to what ID to bring and even a reminder to eat beforehand! Absolutely phenomenal customer service and quality of piercing. We will recommend to all of our friends and family.
