The food is great, however, the service coule be faster at times, especially tonight. I came in to get 2 sandwiches on my way to work and only after i payed my $18 was i told it would be a couple minutes (i assumed 4 or 5). After over 10 minutes of waiting and looking at my watch i realized i was going ti be late for work and had to left without my sandwiches ot $18.

They always have consistent service and great burgers. Now they even have a new cute guy working there, who is very friendly. Keep up the good work! Smithville A&W location is great!

Sukhdeep was our server she was kind and friendly, great service. We came with some friends and sat down to eat. Tables were clean and our food was hot and very tasty. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Would come again!

Despite the staff tending to be nice I recently had a very bad experience at this restaurant.I ordered a large frozen cold brew with caramel, which is almost 6$! I received the drink only just over 3/4 full. When I asked why I was told it was the machine… what a waste of money and it tasted more like ice than coffee. I would strongly recommend the Tim hortons around the corner for any coffees. Such a waste of money

My son wanted to try A&W for the first time, so we came into town to support a local business.Great customer service. Friendly management, clean establishment including clean bathrooms.Wonderful to see diversity in, Smithville.

This A&W is the best. The employees and the management are awesome. I worked here for about 3 years. I still hold very strong connection with this place. Great place to work. I am still always welcomed here with a big smile. Thanks everyone.

I come through almost every weekday and the staff is always so sweet and kind! I love their coffee so much, always delicious and made right. Awesome food, coffee and staff!!

Took my daughter through drive thru for a kids mealHad to wait while they made fresh chicken burger for her.But the fries were ice cold and so was the whole other meal chicken strips and friesIf you’re going to make someone wait while you make the food, make sure it’s all fresh
