Poor quality and poor service. I cannot get a hold of the agent that handled the order for 3 months! some items back ordered for 3months! if they were going to be delayed for this much, why didn't they let me know when I placed the order? and the agent was quick to respond before putting the order but after they took the money, she is not available no matter what.I've tried calling, emailing and tried their general customer service and all I got was I have to speak to that specific agent named Sonya. The ink on my label is all smudged and I cannot use these items to my customers.Never have I been treated by my suppliers this way. DO NOT recommend to anyone.

This is honestly the WORST compagny I EVER had to deal with. I placed many orders with them always keeping an open mind and thinking I might just have been unlucky but after more then 5 orders...with products being damaged when they arrive, descriptions/informations lacking on the website and other things that were just sooooo unprofessional...I just simply cannot take it anymore. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT NORMAL THAT I NEVER GET A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND THE CARRIERS JUST RING AT MY DOOR A CERTAIN MORNING WITH MY ORDER. They also kept calling me sometimes 3 times in a day because apparently my email address was not good...which was not true since I had conversations with many employees and also if they would bother checking the customer's account on their website they would CLEARLY have ALL the informations required and wouldn't need to be such a PAIN for their customers. Honestly I operate 2 businesses and this is just an incredibly bad compagny...would never recommand them to anyone after all the chances I gave them.

I have been dealing with Noble packaging for years and was always satisfied with every item purchased, Bags, Boxes, Wrapping paper including special made to measure Material Jackets and Garment bags. They have been a great support also on stocking my big quantity orders. I could not be happier than dealing with them.

Marie Helen is the jewel I've dealt with at NP. I've been doing business with them for 4 years and I must say she has really kept everything going for Quartz & Canary. Highly recommended for local packaging and jewelry props! Great company in the Canadian backyard.

Our family business has dealt with Noble for over 10 years and we have always been very happy with their products and excellent service. They have a full selection of boxes and their displays are great too. Mordechai is always on top of our product and inventory levels and has made some great suggestions for new products to help us during these changing times.
