These gents have been phenomenal! I was provided answers to all my questions and even more information given to further understand options ! Very humble professional kindness from Danick and his crew !! Very friendly and accommodating with our fur babies so they didn’t get outside ! We are now looking at heating options for our new addition to our shop ! Hands down recommend to anyone looking for quality service with a smile ! And peace of mind! These gents even did the surprise lol as the AC was for my husband when he got back home ! They brought smiles and chilly nips !! Thank you to each of you !!

I would like to just write this review because I like to acknowledge a good business when they come around. I just got my A/C unit installed Danick was great to work with on the quote was honest about the unit I needed and we avoided overpaying for a larger unit from a competitor. The installers were also so good to work with quiet, clean and took pride in their work and demonstrated protectionism and great craftsmanship. In the future, all my furnace and refrigeration needs will be directed to ProWest. Please take this as my full recommendation to using this company you won't be disappointed. Good customer service does still exist!

I am Very happy with the install, the guys were very friendly and had pride in their work. They explained everything to me from how to control the ac to yearly maintenance I should do on the condenser. Very clean install!

Prowest came in to do our AC install, Danick made sure the job was done well and done right! We had 2 guys come in and they did everything exactly as they should and were respectful, tidy and time efficient. I highly recommend this company to all friends and family.

I’m located in the Yukon, and I was working on a Manitowoc ice machine. I had a couple theories to what was wrong and I called them for help. Although they weren’t able to help (said they didn’t have anyone available at the time) they were professional and pointed me in the right direction.

Dropped a webasto off for repair. 2 months later it still hadn’t been touched and they just kept saying they would call me back but never did. I would go to Hymark refrigeration if you want good service.

Ran into issues when installed into 2018. There employee just didn't care and unskilled, Work didn't pass the inspection and more.. Had to argue with sales person in order for them to respect his promises.After few talks with upper management, things got better.Unite is great although the fan broke after 4 years. Service was very close to perfection.

We just got our air conditioner installed this week. Just in time for summer! So relieved to have a cool home on warm days. Danick and the install team were really great to work with! We got two quotes and we appreciated that Danick was honest and straight forward to help us get the right size air conditioner for our home even tho another company suggested a larger and more expensive unit. He knew exactly what we needed. The install team worked hard all day to get it set up right and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I felt confident it was quality work. This was a big purchase for our home and I’m so happy we went with Pro-West and the York machine they installed.
