Had an appointment with Dr Duda booked 5 months in advance to only show up and be told by ignorant receptionists that it was rescheduled. Never received a phone call or email considering the century we live in. Instead they sent notifications via snail mail which I did not even receive. After letting them know I left family after the burial of an immediate family member and drove 4 hours to get to an appointment I already waited months for they shrugged their shoulders and didn't care. well we sent you letters so I don't know why you didn't receive them" "are you sure you didn't get them?" "Do we have the right address?" Are you kidding me!! No I left family and drove all the way to Saskatoon for fun!!! They rescheduled my appointment and pushed it back further. When I said I was not able to make it on the new dated they told me I would have to go onto a wait list. Like are you kidding me!!! The office manager is also a rude individual. I called and spoke with her and she stated that should I continue to need an appointment I would have to get another referral. I have never seen such ridiculous lack of professionalism. No consideration and no understanding for a patient's frustration to continue to have to wait and be put on a list because of their inability to confirm appointment times with this centuries technology. Instead let's just send the mail and hope that they get it. To walk into an office and have people shrug their shoulders at you is a little bit ridiculous."

Absoutley love Dr. Weins, her staff has went above and beyond to make my family comfortable after our last pregnancy ended in a stillborn. I couldnt ask for a more understanding group.

The receptionist who calls people for their appointment (I think her name is Bonnie) is SUPER RUDE!! she is insisting that they left a message on your phone and make it seems that your lying. I called and ask why they called and she wouldn't just tell me right away but instead she is insisting for me to listen to the voice mail that I never received. SUPER RUDE on how she approach people.

I wouldn’t dread making an appointment let alone going to my appointments if the receptionists weren’t so rude and stuck up.. it makes it so much harder being sick and trying to seek help and feeling so judged and put down by the first faces you see in a medical office...treatment no person sick or not should be given by these women.

Dr. Marissa Topping is HORRIBLE! Very snobby, stuck up, unprofessional. Did not care at all about any of my questions. Only rolled her eyes at me the whole time. Where did they find her?? Are they that desperate?? Treated me like I was a waste of her time. Very rude person. If you get referred to this so called uncaring doctor go elsewhere or ask to be referred to a different one!! Don't waste your time. Oh sorry, Maybe her time doing nothing but rolling her eyes.

It’s a damn shame the staff is so stuck up.Literally it’s too big of a hassle to chang anything and the receptionist is 99% of the problem. She should be fired or demoted to janitor.

I was treated very poorly by the staff. To me customer service is 90% of the business and the remaining 10% wasn't that great either.

made me wait for an hour and a half. was very rude to me when i asked what the hold up was. sorry i have a job to get back to and didn’t think to have to take off the whole morning. not happy.

Good doctors dont get me wrong but their staff can sometimes be rude and make you feel uncomfortable.almost as if they are judging you...also their wait times are ridiculous!if you have an appt at say 9 than expect to sit there for at least 30-45mins before they call you in and expect another 10-15mins more of waiting for the doctor to come in to see you.they expect you to be on time but dont take that into consideration for themselves.yes i know some things run a little longer but pretty sure it shouldn't run that much into other peoples appts.sometimes i think they overbook and then act pissy when you get upset for waiting an hour later.just think they need to look over how things are run and how inconsiderate it is to their patients who also have lives.
