I was looking for a Mercedes-Benz C300 and found it online at Canadian Auto Sales. They were so responsive that I highly impressed with their customer service. The whole team were responsible to make it possible. Very atencious and patient. He helped me to get approved and gathering all the docs for the purchase. I highly recommend this place.

Bought this 2018 CLA250 for myself recently. This is the second time someone from my house bought a car from them.The team were extremely helpful. They all went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me. They’re a great dealership to deal with. Mike and Sam are always pleasant and welcoming.They’ll give you the best deal possible even with the car shortages going on right now.

Have been trying to speak with Chris and Brian about reselling our truck that we bought from them last year, for 2 weeks. We keep getting told they are busy and they will call back or put on hold for 30+ minutes without anyone picking up and not returning voice mails. Full blown dismissing us. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service we are receiving this year after buying 2 vehicles from them last year. A simple “not interested” would have been respected on our end, but this dismissal and poor service was really surprising and disappointing.

Really helpful with going through the process of my first car purchase. The gentlemen were very respectful and as a 19 year old they gave me lots of advice with taking care of the car and working on my credit after taking out a loan. They provided a safety check which saved me a lot of time in the long run. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to get a car fast! Thank you guys!

I have dealt with a lot car salesmen and dealeships for quite sometime but never got to have a great experience as i did with Chris and Brian of Canadian Auto Sales.I got a great car. Clean and in great condition as they advertised it on their website. The documentation was more than I have had for 3 latest cars I bought. Every service, detail including the Carfax print was handed to me so I would make a informed decision since there was a lot of money at play. They did not try to sell me a car and forget about. Chris and Brian have called me after I got the car more than once to see if everything was OK, if I was happy with the car and if there was anything that they could help with. I cannot speak for the quality of the vehicle yet, we have just picked it up and that is a long-term evaluation. This is basee on the buying experience.Initial contact through email was very courteous and professional, I had some questions prior to making the 90min drive. Upon arrival, salesperson was very easy to talk to and it was a pleasant experience. No issues to report whatsoever. The vehicle was ready in a couple of days with my minor requests I had met, and we drove off. Very pleasant, professional experience car buying experience. I would highly recommend them.
