Alex did a fabulous job inspecting our new house. We were extremely impressed with how thorough and detailed the inspection was. Certa Property Inspections
We got our house inspection done by Tanner. He was super friendly and professional. Not only did the report provide detail on any issues with the home in text but there were also hundreds of photos taken to show exactly what the report detailed. The report also gave some tips on routine house maintenance and what upgrades should be done immediately which is very helpful as a first time old home buyer.Throughout the inspection he answered any questions that we had.Definitely recommend them for home inspection!

We met with Alex at the home after he had completed his inspection. He was very personable and professional. I felt his inspection had been very thorough and he had everything backed up with photos. He asked at each point whether I had any questions and if I understood what he was described. When asked he offered his advice and various remedies to the issue. Alex completed an inspection for my husband and I on our first home. We were blown away by the thoroughness of his report, as well as his detail orientation, not to mention his friendliness and ability to explain complex concepts to us in plain language.
