Riverbend Walk-In Clinic

I came into their clinic at 3:45 pm with my daughter as she was complaining her ear pain. They said we are closed but their board on the door and website said they are open till 4:00pm. They should not do that to the patient if they are open till 4:00pm then they should take patient till that time. It’s very hard if your kids going through pain and doctor was not ready to see them.Very bad experience with them .

The doctor asked questions, listened intently and gave thorough explanations and service. Also she was very polite and pleasant.

My 3-year-old had been sick with the flu for more than 7 days and his pediatrican was off sick and not seeing patients. I didn’t want to go to the emergency room but I was very worried and called the Riverbend walk-in clinic. The receptionist was amazing and told me to just bring my son in. I saw dr. Nelson who was so nice and efficient. He diagnosed some congestion in the chest and prescribed the appropriate treatment for my son, who is quickly getting better. I am so relieved and grateful.

I don’t recommend this walk in clinic, I called them, they said we are open till 3. So I go before 2 o’clock and the lady on reception said sorry I can’t take you. So I a told her most of the walk in clinic I went to se closed and you told me that I can come she said yes but I can’t take you now so you can come tomorrow. I told her that my son is very sick and the school called me to pick him up early to see the doctor. She said sorry I can’t, and there was only 2 patients waiting, I asked her politely to ask the doctor if he can take him when he knows that my son very sick but honestly she refused, she keep saying no but with ‏A disrespectful smile.Don’t go there they don’t have any kind or respectful feelings.

New Walk-in Clinic with almost no waiting time open 4 days a week

Great experience when I wasn’t feeling well. The receptionist and the doctor were both very friendly. Pricing is more than fair and I literally waited maybe 10 minutes before I got to see the doctor. The pharmacy attached to the clinic also gave great customer service. I would definitely use Riverbend clinic again!

Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Wait time was fairly quick to see a doctor even though there were a few people ahead of me. The doctor was very understanding and thorough and got through patients quickly, however I did not feel like I was rushed.

I common courtesy and professionalism are clearly not a priority for this clinic. This morning I attempted to attend the walk in clinic a meer 30 minutes after they had opened. When I arrived there were patients in the waiting room, But the front door was locked. Me and two other patient stood outside of the doors waiting to learn more information and when we could return for medical care. There was no sign on the door informing that they had stopped taking patients or when was an OK time to return. Also they may have taken the phone off the hook, because I had called several times before arriving And only got the busy tone. When a patient left, I went inside to inquire with the medical receptionist if they were taking patients. She looked at me only long enough to say ‘no’ and then buried her head back in her desk. No explanation as to why they weren’t taking any more patience or more importantly when we could return to seek medical care, nothing. It was the most unhelpful experience. I’m totally understanding if the clinic is busy and overwhelmed and needs to turn away patients, but maybe a little bit of advice or information as to when I can return or where else is in the area that I can go would’ve been helpful. I am extremely disappointed.

I came with my baby having a fever and I was concerned for her well-being. They took her in and they were professional. I had good experience going to this walk in clinic.

Super helpful and the doctor was very kind and good with my 7 year old daughter. We are from out of province and the reception gave us everything we needed to claim the expense. 5* recommended
