Amazing place good place

Very impressed with the nursing care and allied health staff here, I feel confident my elderly relative is in good hands here. Good covid protocol in place as well. Website is also updated with helpful info about the facility. Thank you.

The staff turnover rate is high. I understand that there is a shortage in nursing staff and care aid staff, but this place has staff coming and going too often. An OTC said that she wasn't happy with her low pay. Management changed as well. Usually a high turn over rate also means that the staff are not getting paid for what they're worth. Staff is put under a lot of pressure and find better paying jobs elsewhere. I like to call to check up on my parent and the nurse barley ever answers the call. Sometimes there aren't enough kitchen staff to take the food out for the residence in a timely manner. Rosewood management is determined to save as much money as they can, by being understaffed and putting our loved ones at risk. They were once great under the old management, but now the service isn't as great as it once was.

Very good service, people are nice and helpful. Even have Asian food ready every day.
