I visited twice. First time I thought the lady was having a bad day, second time I realized all the staff is rude lazy and they don’t care! I was standing there waiting for they to see me .. I was standing right in from of them. When I said something they look at me like I was disturbing they conversation..pastry is good , but bad experience. No coming back.

The worst customer service ever. The most miserable people work behind the counter. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt because you know people have bad days but it doesn't matter what time of day, week, month or year the people working there are the rudest. I don't know why I still go. Oh, I guess I love the BLTs. But I have to ask myself if it's worth an encounter with the misery crew. The worst and so mean. Like what happened to all of you?

Popped in yesterday (Saturday) to try out. Once entering I noticed nothing but chaos, people ordering from all over. There was no clear direction to us where to order from. Finally once the young girl at the counter was ready to move on to the next person she screamed next, we didn’t turn around to her straight away so she yelled next again! She had zero patience, this was our first time here and we were rushed into selecting something to eat. Once our order was ready she shouted down to us so we picked up our bag and brought it to our table. We noticed something was missing so we went up and asked her where it was, she knew exactly the thing she forgot to put in the bag. She dropped a snarky remark saying we have table service. We ate our food and left.So today (Sunday) we decided to order from them on Uber eats so wedidn’t have to look at the same unpleasant person again, ordered $34 worth of food and guess what, someone else’s order got delivered! Didn’t receive anything I ordered. The people working here need to be trained on customer service and need to be taught how to read simple instructions. It’s not that hard to do.

Good place choices for breakfast! They have a lot of desserts that you dont what you should get first. I really their Portuguese style tart, it was sweet enough and so good with coffee. The cheesecake was ok. It was a bit to sweet for me. But if you might like it. Give it a try! The vibe is good that you can just bring your laptop to wokr and order some coffee and desserts!

Great, homemade, affordable food and baked goods. Stumbled upon this place and would eat here all the time if I was a local!!!

It was my first visit. Has high ceiling with lots of space and seats. Cesar Salad(4.2$) was salty. Soso BLT sandwich(4.5$). Great variety of baked goods though! Nice place to chill in the morning!

I think we'll do dine-in instead of take-out next time, because the cake we got tasted moldy. There's not much you can do once you've got moldy cake home other than toss it in the compost bin. With dine-in, we probably could have done an exchange or something.

Very rude staff, non-responsive, and unprofessional! We ordered a custom made wedding cake and it was missing the flower we ordered for it. We were in complete shock when they said they had no box for it and instead they expected us to have a box. Worst of all, the cake was extremely dry.
