Goto place when I want to eat Sushi and Japanese. They always serve fresh foods and can feel the efforts to make them. Every time I went there, they impressed me. Highly Recommended if you want fresh and delicious meal!

Came here for sushi but decided to try the Raman instead. For a restaurant that only has a handful of Raman offerings I must say I was impressed. The Raman was fairly cheap too. The chicken karaage was also a happy surprise because it's the first restaurant in forever that offers a dip with it. The only real downside was the server never came to the table to ask if we needed anything and the second time we were there we asked for tea but never got it. Even with the few downsides me and my gf will be back again!

Went with my kiddo after soccer on a quiet Monday evening to Sushi Shun in Cloverdale and it was a great experience!What we ordered:Yam Tempura - crispy and the dipping sauce was flavourfulOyster Motoyaki - my favourite, creamy, savoury and rich over a bed of spinach and onions.Aburi salmon - so good, nice torched flavour and the dab of hot sauce (go chu jang) was a nice touch. Not too spicy and well constructed so it wasn’t falling apart.Salmon avocado roll was fresh with a generous amount of avocado and salmon.California cone - generous size and kiddo approved.Service was friendly and prompt, and our server checked in on us frequently for quality and refills. Highly recommend visiting!

I have no idea how I missed this hidden gem for over 1 year. What a great sushi restaurant. Fresh and delicious. This is high quality sushi/sashimi with excellent taste and great presentation. The dinning environment is clean and roomy. It’s a wonderful place to spending some quality time with your loved ones, families, and friends. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to return for my next visit.

The best quality sushi around cloverdale/surrey I’ve ever eaten! The salmon belly sashimi was like butter, the tuna is high quality deliciousness, the tempura is light, flavourful and fried to perfection. Truly amazing food sushi Shun has. Very friendly staff and the restaurant is adorable. Highly recommend!

Excellent food. The fish is fresh. The squid was by far the star here. We order from them for pickup every few weeks and the food is always top notch. Even for takeout, the presentation is beautiful. The staff are fabulous and do a very good job at making sure everything is just as you order it. Will continue going here.

We went here based on the high google star rating and we’re not disappointed. They served delicious and artfully presented rolls with savory ramen. We will go back for sure!
