HelloIam a guest at your hotel for a few days and it was not a very pleasant experience for our first night.First we get put in a room right beside the elevator which in the short amount of time we were in the room it was used 8 times and was noisy. Just a suggestion, maybe telling people that they are going to be put beside the elevator.Second we got moved to 325 which was perfect right up till I checked the bedTo my horrifying surprise the sheets were not changed.Also there was a used house coat in the closet and garbage on the floor.Your front desk girl was amazing and was doing everything she could to help us out and the gentleman that took the bedding and brought us new bedding was amazing to.We do not expect anything for all this, we would just like to know that these issues are taken care of and someone needs to speak to who ever cleaned the room so they know of his or her mistakes.Everyone has off days but when you travel and work alot all we are looking for is a quiet clean room to relax in.I sent this email to front desk manager and was very disappointed.Never heard a word from anyone at this Hotel.The girl who checked us in was there the day we checked out and was very kind and sympathetic to the issues, we are very thankful to her.But management at this Hotel needs to do their jobs and at least have the courtesy to reach out to your guests and acknowledge the issues.

Staff service was excellent. Our room, 120, slopes off at the end towards the window causing one to potentially get off balance when getting up in the night. Also, it looks directly out to cars in the parking lot meaning we could not keep our curtains open, ever. The shower, without bars to hang onto is a menace. The stairs going upstairs to the conference area is a problem for old people like us. Could easily have a tumble. The room was without regular coffee - just flavored - not useable by us. Couldn't find a TV guide so didn't know how to reach stations etc, except by flipping around. Not enough hangers for clothes in the closet. No problem with noise. Bed was great. Lots of chairs in room which was good.

Our room door opened to the pool atrium which was gorgeous; however the room air conditioner was not working. After a brief discussion with the front desk they were able to move us to a different room, of the same size, for our second night. Very happy with the speed of service and their attention to making it right for us.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom was too small. No complimentary water bottles in fridge, breakfast was limited and was of continental breakfast quality yet was not included. This is supposedly one of the higher end hotels in the area. Yet I've stayed at other hotels in Lethbridge that cost much less yet have much more to offer. The Atrium was the only highlight.

The majority of the hotels are on the east side of Lethbridge, but this accessible west side location is worth the stay. An amazing atrium with a pool, hot tub and lush greenery is the centre of this hotel stay. Rooms open to the atrium have nice windows out into it. Plenty of meeting rooms, gym, and restaurant inside. Rooms are clean and modern with great staff. No included continental breakfast, but there is a limited breakfast menu that you can pay for in the morning. Which honestly is the better choice, as the breakfast is really good and worth the cost over what you usually get for free.

We were lucky in that our stay was during the week without sports teams or weddings scheduled which made for a quiet stay as the lodge was not full. Our room faced the beautiful pool area where we enjoyed the relaxing garden ambiance in the housecoats provided. The beds were comfortable and the linens/towels luxurious.The staff were amazing from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. We only wished we could stay longer!

Rooms are nice, design is modern, clean and nice view. Service is friendly.A couple things though:The pipes - sound from somewhere in another room or upstairs- it’s like construction is ripping up the ceiling! A big Kaglunk noise. Almost like a pipe is going to burst? AC is loud enough to drown it out a bit, but when that fan is off, really hard to sleep.Then there’s the design of the bathroom-Love the Riobel shower, water pressure is great!However, the bathroom door is glass with an opaque colour. So if someone uses the washroom in the middle of the night, with the light on, it blinds the whole room! Not convenient when travelling with others.Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Everything in the room was clean and beds were comfy. Elevator was out of service but for us it was not an issue. When making my first cup of coffee, I found the last persons packet in the machine. Not a reason to never go back though. Usually stay every year for a conference and has always been just fine.

Looks like it was recently renovated so rooms were nice. Great atrium area with pool and garden. Nice restaurant attached to hotel. Location was great with the restaurants near by. I wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast however. The breakfast voucher said it started at 630 but the desk said it starts at 7. I had to hit the road early so planned by day for the 630 start....

Excellent food and service at the Italian Table. The front desk was very friendly and eager to please. Beds are very comfortable. The atrium is gorgeous and rooms facing the atrium are best.Rooms were a little tired. Had issues with fridge and coffeemaker breaking down. Ice machine on third floor was broken. Housekeeping was booked (stay was four days on business) and was a no show. Room was also not very clean when I arrived. Thick layers of dust under the glass. I was offered an upgrade if I changed rooms and a 10.00 gift card. The upgrade room faced the hallway and the window allows for people to see in your room when walking by, unless you keep drapes closed and then the room is very dark. I preferred the room facing the atrium.
