They make the perfect black milk tea here - half sweet, low ice, with tapioca pearls and pudding. Lots of topping options and a huge menu. Service was friendly and fast, and the price is better than other nearby stores!

I got a fresh taro drink but the taro wasn't very fresh. It was hard as rock and was in big chunk. The tapioca pearls were hard too.

The tea and boba taste pretty good as you'd expect. A little pricey though and employees don't ask how much ice and sugar levels.

Totally disappointed. I wanted to give it a try and I ordered smoothie avocado with the price 7.2$ through Uber Eat. When I received, the smoothie wasn't thick and blended, instead, full of water and sliced avocado. Never order again.

The employees are not well trained, they don’t ask customers how much ice and sugar they need. And during this cold weather, my milk tea is with so much ice. And when I pointed out, they blamed me for not mentioning before order it. And two employees come out to blame me. There are no customer services. Why I should give them tips?? So disappointed!!

Everything we tried was incredible!Pork bun, Portuguese tarts ( out of this world!!!), Nutella doughnuts, and cheesecake.Will definitely be back!Very clean

Very cute small shop offering fresh tea. I stopped by during Chinese New Year, and the staff handled the rush great! Tea was good, they squeeze lemons and actually shake your drink, its not like a franchise where they just push a button and it comes out of a fountain. Fast and friendly. Thank you ladies!

CoCo has high level standards for bubble tea. They serve fresh ingredients and many of their drinks have fruits blended in them.The place itself is a bit small and can be quite hot in the summer as they don't seem to have AC. I wouldn't like to sit in there to drink my tea, but I take it to go and enjoy taking a walk in chinatown.
